PRODUCT CARE
Your Horn product normally requires a minimum amount of maintenance, however, the following points are worth noting.
Cleaning: To remove marks and enhance the surface, wipe over with a general-purpose cleaner.
Caution: Do not use ammonia-based cleaning agents. Do not use harsh chemicals or abrasive cleaners. The surface can be wiped with a damp cloth but should be dried quickly.
Exposure to direct sunlight may also affect the colour or quality of the plastic components
and edging.WARRANTY
Horn Australia warrants its product to be free from faulty parts or workmanship for a period of 12 months from the date of purchase.
You are also entitled to have the goods repaired or replaced if the goods fail to be of acceptable quality. Under the terms of this 12-month warranty, the repair or replacement of any parts shall be at the discretion of the company or its designated representatives. The
warranty does not cover damage caused by abuse, alteration, accident, or neglect.
On occasions, images of the damaged areas may need to be provided, and any damaged parts must be returned to the supplying store for review before any acceptance of a warranty claim. At its discretion, Horn Australia or its representative may replace items in either part or in full as deemed necessary. No extensions apply to the guarantee period for any product repaired or replaced. Should the service become necessary during the warranty period please contact your supplying retailer.

Freight from our depot to the chosen retailer is included in the prices.
Additional freight charges will be incurred, over and above the advertised price, for delivery to a residential address. Deliveries to rural addresses are managed on a case-by-case basis.
Assembly charges are included for selected cabinets only (Sovereign, Kensington, and Crown) and will be coordinated by the selected retailer.
Items such as the Craft & Hobby Table, Height Adjustable Sewing & Cutting Table, Foldaway Table, and Gas Lift Chairs come ready to assemble (flat pack).
Ready-to-assemble products may vary to enable easy assembly.
